We’re a well-knit digital design studio working with products, brands and (no) code. Founders come to us because we help them define, build and scale their MVPs. That means we gotta think beyond eye-candy (though we love pretty gradients too).
You’re free to do the job your way, but the team is there for you. Doesn’t matter if you’re just in a pickle or need a real talk about your career — there’s always folks happy to give you a hand.

Your day-to-day
- Participating in client workshops
- Proposing the design process in your projects
- Designing products from end-to-end (business, UX, UI)
- Being the point of contact between tonik and your clients
- Presenting and getting a ‘yes!’ to your ideas
- Educating your clients on product design
- Updating your clients about the progress
- Working with your project design team (think 2–3 people)
- Collaborating with developers on the implementation
- Joining internal meetings, sharing knowledge and feedback
- Having an opinion about what’s happening at tonik
It’s a match if you’re like this
- Good at ad-hoc client calls and conducting research
- Have practical knowledge of UX and design methods
- Strong UI muscles to make beautiful (but functional) modern interfaces
- Familiar with prototyping spaghetti to sell your ideas in an interactive way
- Ability to work within a design system
- Advanced English on B2+ level (think Netflix subtitles on but not really looking)
- Fluent in Polish
- Okay with weekly, evening calls with American clients (ET/PT)
- Filled with drive and ambition to learn
- Organize your work with little or no help
- Know the front-end frameworks and their limits
- Vibe compatible with a high-performance, low-ego and drama-free culture
- Willing to visit the HQ at least twice a month
- Bonus points if you know Framer, Spline, AE or Unicorn Studio
