Your day-to-day
This is an opportunity to grow your skills and work on exciting, high-impact projects. As a Junior Web Designer, you will:
- Assist in designing visually engaging websites for startups and high-growth businesses
- Support the creation of storytelling-driven designs that captivate users and communicate brand narratives effectively
- Learn to integrate motion and interaction design into web projects, using tools like Figma or Webflow
- Collaborate with senior designers, developers, and founders to ensure designs align with business goals and technical constraints
- Explore and experiment with creative tools and technologies like 3D design and animation (e.g., Three.js, GSAP)
- Assist with copywriting tasks, ensuring that design and text work together to deliver a cohesive experience
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web design, motion design, and storytelling to bring fresh ideas to projects
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and team discussions to contribute your creativity and energy

- Have a portfolio showcasing creativity and originality, even if it’s from personal projects
- Are familiar with Figma and have a willingness to learn new tools and platforms

- Are excited about exploring motion design, 3D elements, and advanced interactions, even if you’re new to these areas
- Are interested in copywriting and understand how strong messaging enhances design
- Are curious about creative coding tools like GSAP or Three.js and eager to collaborate with developers to bring ambitious ideas to life
- Have strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver high-quality work
- Are eager to learn, take feedback, and grow into a more senior role over time
- Are fluent in both English and Polish
Bonus Points
- Basic experience with platforms like Webflow or Framer
- Knowledge of motion tools or frameworks (e.g., Rive, Spline, After Effects, GSAP)
- Interest in the startup ecosystem or experience working on startup-related projects
- A background in branding, digital marketing, or user experience design
