We’re a well-knit digital design studio working with products, brands and (no) code. Founders come to us because we help them define, build and scale their MVPs. That means we gotta think beyond eye-candy (though we love pretty gradients too).

Your day-to-day
- Design user-friendly web and mobile products for startups
- Conduct research and analyze insights to guide design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate on development of user flows, interaction models, and scalable design systems
- Incorporate feedback from users, stakeholders, and developers
- Design MVPs that balance user needs, business goals, and startup constraints
- Stay updated on UX/UI trends and best practices
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation
- Shape early-stage products for startups and make a real impact
- Gain hands-on experience with mentorship from experienced designers
- Work on exciting, high-impact projects in a collaborative, growth-focused environment
It’s a match if you’re like this
- A portfolio showcasing UX/UI work, including personal projects
- Willingness to learn new tools (eg. Jitter)
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles
- Skills in wireframing, prototyping, and creating clean interfaces
- Attention to detail and passion for modern, intuitive design
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and iterate quickly
- Interest in the startup ecosystem and bringing ideas to life
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in both English and Polish
- Okay with weekly, evening calls with American clients (ET/PT)
- Enjoy working in a team
- Can organize your work with some guidance
- Know the front-end frameworks and their limits
