Desert Fox Racing, the Middle East’s first and biggest digital racing club, came to us with a clear need: they were ready to abandon the fragmented workflow of organizing sim racing events on Discord and level up to something faster and easier for both racers and event organizers.

From the initial workshops to the final implementation, we helped them transform their entire event management process into a seamless experience. With a custom MVP built to simplify every aspect - from scheduling races, managing participants, to tracking and publishing results - we turned what was once a logistical maze into a few intuitive clicks. The platform now allows Desert Fox Racing to host races efficiently while also giving their growing community a smooth, engaging experience when discovering and joining events. All gas, no breaks!
